Made from a heavy gauge aluminium for excellent heat distribution, and featuring a special hard anodised coating for increased durability, these Mermaid Roasting Dish are ideal for roasting a range of dishes in the oven. The scratch resistant hard anodised finish is typically twice as hard as stainless steel and even builds up a patina coating over time, giving it an easy-release surface.

The unique dark finish on Samuel Groves Mermaid Hard Anodised range is the byproduct of an electro-chemical process that hardens the outer layer of the aluminium to produce a more durable surface. It is typically twice as hard as Stainless Steel and its surface will never peel, flake or blister. Over time, if used correctly, hard anodised products will build up a Patina which will make them virtually non-stick.
