The Robot Coupe R211 XL Ultra Food Processor is a very versatile processor with the ability to finely and coarsely chop, knead, make emulsions and grind- perfect for the busy kitchen with a variety of needs.

It is a combined bowl cutter and vegetable preparation unit and is supplied with a 2.9 litre cutter bowl and vegetable preparation fitting.

It is fast, robust and time saving with the option of 23 stainless steel discs available.

With a speed of 1500 rpm this reliable processor can be used for up to 30 covers which makes it ideal for pubs and small restaurants.

This model also has a stainless steel cutter bowl with an ergonomic handle for ease of use.
