The 3115 rack cart also has a chopping board top which allows you to prepare food on top of the cart when stationary.

These Max System carts are designed for use in busy commercial kitchens and haev soft, rounded corners to reduce impact on walls, doors or other kitchen equipment.

The plastic structure of the Max System trolley is heat resistant to 176C, meaning you can take hot pans directly from the oven and transport them using the racks.

The non marking swivel castors allow for easy transportation; two are lockable, while the other two are non-lockable.
