The Rubbermaid Portioning Scoop can be used for measuring millilitres, cups or ounces and therefore obtains accurate portion sizes.
The scoop is self-standing on a tripod base and has an anti-roll design meaning the risk of the handle rolling into the food and causing contamination is eliminated.
Made from strong polycarbonate, these scoops are commercial dishwasher safe, are able to be stored inside one another and have permanent, moulded gradation markings for dry and liquid measurements. They are extremely useful in large kitchens where large quantities of ingredients are being used.
