The Perforated Stainless Steel Gastronorm Pan is a multi-purpose pan which is available in a choice of 3 depths. It can be used for a number of purposes in the kitchen including cooking, storage, presentation, transportation, blast chilling and re-heating.
This pan has perforated sides with 6mm diameter holes meaning that excess liquids can easily drain away. It is made from top quality stainless steel which helps to prolong the life span of the pan and makes it an extremely cost effective option that does not require replacing often.
