The Genware Exopat Baking Mat is suitable for using with pastries, breads and confectionery based baking. Made from silicon impregnated knitted glass fabric it is a great product for use in bakeries and restaurants creating finely baked desserts.

Its superb non-stick surface means that no greasing is needed and it is heat resistant up to 230^oC. It can be easily cleaned with a damp sponge and is a very adaptable product as it can be used in all types of oven: ventilated, steam, microwave and deck type.
