The Genware 8″ Cooks Knife is available in a choice of 7 colour coded handles making it the perfect knife for use when preparing, raw meat, cooked meat, fish, salads, vegetables and dairy produce. It is especially suited to commercial kitchens where large volumes of different foods are being prepared. The colour coded feature prevents food contamination and helps to ensure that high food safety standards are met.

This cooks knife has a razor sharp steel molybdenum blade which will gently slice through the food with ease, and a soft grip nylon handle with an ergonomic shape for comfort. With a Rockwell rating 56-58, there is great balance between edge retention and sharpenability.
