The Genware Colour Coded 6 Piece Knife Set & Wallet consists of a variety of 6 colour coded knives which can be used when preparing a range of food including raw meat, cooked meat, fish, salads, vegetables and dairy produce. It is especially suited to commercial kitchens where large volumes of different foods are being prepared. The colour coded feature prevents food contamination and helps to ensure that high food safety standards are met.

The knives within this set have a razor sharp steel molybdenum blade which will gently slice through the food with ease, and a soft grip nylon handle with an ergonomic shape for comfort. With a Rockwell rating 56-58, there is great balance between edge retention and sharpenability. A wallet is included to conveniently store and carry the knives between kitchens.
