The Matfer Spatula Thermometer has all the great qualities of a standard Matfer spatula but with a built in thermometer, allowing you to accurately measure the temperature of the sauce, chocolate or sugar you are mixing in the pan.
This spatula thermometer is resistant to temperatures up to 220C, and can record temperatures anywhere between 20C and 200C.
While the actual spatula is dishwasher proof, the thermometer is not and this should be removed before being put in the dishwasher, although it is spray waterproof.
