This Matfer Precut Pastry Ribbon is designed to help hold small pastries and baked delicacies together while they set or when being packaged.

Made from polypropylene and measuring 60 microns thick, these pre-cut pastry ribbons help save time by allowing bakers to quickly line their moulds with these perfectly sized ribbons.

These pastry ribbons are designed to be used with moulds and rings which measure 60mm in diameter. There are three different heights of pre-cut ribbon available including 35mm, 45mm and 60mm.
