Matfer Mandolin With Safety Pusher KITCHENWARE

The Mafter Mandolin with Safety Pusher will cut and chop vegetables and fruit into the required sizes using a pushing motion.

 

It has stainless steel blades which accurately slice thicknesses of up to 10mm. The thickness can be easily adjusted using a knob and is indicated clearly on the mandolin. It is a very safe product to use with non-slip pads on the feet surfaces and a large handle for good grip. It is food safe and has the option of 3.5 and 10mm blade, reversible straight and serrated blades. The blade replacement is both practical and safe.
