The Copper Butter Warmer Pan is perfect for melting small quantities of butter or for heating sauces. It has an exterior copper appearance and interior stainless steel lining.

This pan is part of the Bourgeat Alliance range of pots and pans which ensure uniform cooking and have excellent heat transfer provided by the copper. It can be used on any type of heat source except for an induction hob and has a handle riveted to the base in a traditional manner. The pan is also easy to clean and maintain as there is no need for re-tinning.
