This Cheese Cloth / Sauce Cloth can be used in conjunction with strainers and sieves and has a hemmed, twisted cotton mesh. Its primary use is during cheese-making to remove whey from cheese curds, but it is also extremely useful when pureeing and straining sauces and stocks, bundling herbs and thickening yogurt. This sauce cloth is available in packs of 5.
