The Bourgeat Non-stick Gastroflex 6 Muffins Mould consists of 6 muffin moulds and provides the perfect option for making delicious mini-cakes and appetisers for commercial catering and restaurants.

The Gastroflex mould provides a quick and easy method for preparing moulds which can be easily removed. The contents are cooked to a perfect thickness which results in fine and tasty sweet and savoury snacks being made.

The mould is heat resistant at temperatures from -50C to 250C and is suitable for dishwashing up to a temperature of 90C. The material of the mould meets international regulations for food contact materials and is easy to clean. The 4 hanging holes also make the Gastroflex mould easy to store and drain.
