The Bourgeat Mobile Plate Charger which holds and carries a large number of plates can be used in many environments such as in busy restaurant kitchens and at catered events and is available in 2 sizes. It enables large quantities of dishes to be carried and transported, enabling more efficient and convenient serving of food.
The trolley has a stainless steel design and is fitted with a 25mm diameter handle. The stainless steel grids have a 7mm diameter and the maximum load per shelf is 4kg. This product comes with 160 rubber stops which can be attached to the grid to improve security whilst in motion.
Options:
BOUR99: 630 x 665 x 1750mm to carry 56 plates (200 to 320mm diameter) OR 84 plates (Smaller than 200mm diameter). 108mm between levels.
BOUR97: 630 x 665 x 1750mm to carry 80 plates (200 to 320mm diameter) OR 120 plates (Smaller than 200mm diameter). 70mm between levels.
