The Lincat J12 Twin Tank Fryer is a high quality grade 304 stainless steel fryer which will fit neatly on the floor in compact kitchen spaces. This fryer has heavy duty double nickel plated spun wire baskets, batter plates, stainless steel lids and an element lifting tool.

The front mounted controls on this free standing fryer ensure that it can be operated safely whilst the hinging element with safety cut-out provides easy access for cleaning. The fryer tanks are fully welded to the hob for extra strength and a smooth seamless finish. The thermostatic control with fail-safe top temperature cut out will maintain an accurate oil temperature. The front drain tap allows for the fast and easy drainage of oil without blockages.

This fryer is part of the Silverlink 600 range of fryers and chip scuttles which have been carefully designed to produce and hold a variety of fried foods. They ensure that consistently succulent, crisp and golden results are achieved. This range of fryers have a highly efficient performance and a range of easy care and safety features.
