This Matfer Pastry Ribbon roll of 200m in length is designed to help hold small pastries and baked delicacies together while they set or when being packaged.

Made from polypropylene and measuring 60 microns thick, bakers can cut off just enough pastry ribbon to help support their individual mousses or mini cheesecakes.

These pastry ribbons are designed to be used with moulds and rings which measure 40mm high and can be cut to fit any diameter.
