KITCHENWARE Matfer Flexipan Lingot Mould

The Matfer Flexipan Lingot Mould is a block shaped mould which provides a quick and easy way of producing large numbers of cakes and interesting desserts. Smoothing and filling is easier with this item and it is ideal in commercial kitchens where large quantities of desserts and baked delicacies need to be produced for events.

 

The mould sheet is made of Flexipan which is a solid non-stick material composed of fibreglass and silicon. It is heat resistant at temperatures between -40C and 280C and can be used in all types of oven and in deep freezers. The moulds can be easily and quickly turned out without breakage and will save a large amount of preparation time when the entire sheet is used.
