KITCHENWARE Matfer Exopat Baking Mat

The Matfer Exopat Baking Mat is suitable for using with pastries, breads and confectionery based baking. Made from silicon impregnated knitted glass fabric it is a great product for use in bakeries and restaurants creating finely baked desserts.

Its non-stick surface means that no greasing is needed and it is heat resistant from -40 ^oC to 300 ^oC. It can be easily cleaned with a damp sponge. It is also a very adaptable product as it can be used in all types of oven: ventilated, steam, microwave and deck type.

This baking mat is available in 2 different sizes.
