The Matfer Exoglass Dariol Moulds are small Baba Moulds which are popularly used for making the traditional Polish cake known as a Baba Cake, made from rich butter, yeast dough, dried fruits and rum flavouring! They can also be used to serve other desserts or savoury dishes such as vegetable, fruit or fish mousses, brioches and mousselines. They are perfect for use in restaurant kitchens or when experimenting with recipes at home!

Each mould is made from a composite plastic material named Exoglass which is heat resistant up to a temperature of 220C. It meets strict hygiene requirements, is dishwasher safe, extremely durable and has a non-stick coating allowing for the contents to be easily removed.
