ISI Gourmet Whip Cream Whipper Bakeware

The ISI Gourmet Whip Plus is a professional cream whipper which is used in some of the top kitchens around the world. Obviously this cream whipper is designed for creating instant whipped cream, but can also be used for warm and cold sauces, desserts and even whipped soups – a versatile kitchen workhorse!

With a stainless steel bottle and head, the ISI Gourmet Whip Plus is designed for professional use. The head of the bottle has a protective silicone grip which reduces the chances of dropping the cream whipper and the stainless steel valve makes it so easy when dispensing even warm sauces.

Along with this professional cream whipper is included three different styled decorating nozzles so you can let your creativity run wild with your desserts. You will also receive a cleaning brush which helps to keep the unit clean and ready to use next time.

If you are preparing and serving hot sauces from the ISI Gourmet cream whipper, you can hold the unit in a bain marie up to 75°C to keep the sauces inside warm for serving.

Replacement sparkwhip bulbs are available and will need changed every so often to allow your cream whipper to continue producing whipped cream or sauces.
