The CaterTemp Plus Waterproof Thermometer is a colour coded thermometer which is easy-to-use in daily catering and food processing applications. It has been designed for reliability with the latest microprocessor technology and improved durability.

This thermometer measures temperature in the range of -49.9°C to 299.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C. It has a large, easy-to-read LCD display and is enclosed within a robust extruded aluminium waterproof case offering IP66/67 protection. It has a low battery and open circuit indicator with the on/off button conveniently positioned at the front of the device. It also incorporates a secure battery compartment with a waterproof cover.

The CaterTemp Plus thermometer is supplied with a permanently attached, hand held water resistant food penetration probe which has a stainless steel stem and a 1 meter PU coiled lead. The probe is versatile and durable and suitable for numerous applications including with liquids, semi-solids and granular materials. The colour coded rubber bumper seal on this thermometer helps to protect it from impact and damage.

A wall bracket and protective boot can be purchased to accompany this thermometer.
