The Bron Mandolin with Guard in Box offers a method for speedy and accurate slicing of vegetables and other food. This is a very durable item made from top quality stainless steel and comprises of 4 blades, 2 of which can be selected by adjusting the side handle. One blade can be used to cut julienne strips (29 at a time) whilst the other blade is ideal for producing fries or other vegetable sticks (cutting 9 at a time). A guard safety device is also present which prevents the food from slipping whilst cutting.
