Robot Coupe R401 Food Processor can be three machines in one. It uses the same industrial motor base for a 4.5L cutter bowl and vegetable preparation unit and there is the new cuisine optional extra that allows a fruit sauce/ coulis and press function on top.

This is a high performance processor with the ability to finely and coarsely chop, knead, grind and make emulsions- perfect for a busy kitchen with a variety of cutting needs.

The stainless steel vegetable preparation bowl comes with an ejection facility

It is fast, robust and time saving with the option of 23 stainless steel discs available.

With a speed of 1500 rpm this reliable processor can be used for up to 100 covers which makes it ideal for pubs and restaurants.
