Bakeware Matfer Flexipan Bavarois Cake Sheet

The Matfer Flexipan Bavarois Cake Sheet is a flexible sheet with uniquely shaped moulds which provides a quick and easy way of producing large numbers of cakes and fine desserts.

Smoothing and filling is easier with this item and it is ideal in commercial kitchens where large quantities of desserts and baked delicacies need to be produced for catering events where a high level of food presentation is required.

The mould sheet is made of Flexipan which is a solid non-stick material composed of fibreglass and silicon. It is heat resistant at temperatures between -40C and 280C and can be used in all types of oven and in deep freezers. The moulds can be easily and quickly turned out without breakage and will save a large amount of preparation time when the entire sheet is used.
